ICP1320
This antibody was developed using Triiodothyronine (T3) linked to the immunogenic carrier protein -KLH conjugates as the immunogen, The T3-specific antibodies was and affinity purified with antigen-specific affinity chromatography and eluted by competitive free T3. The antibody could be utilized for detection, quantization and affinity isolation and purification of estradiol in biofluid.

Scientific Description
|
Triiodothyronine, also known as T3, is a thyroid hormone. It affects almost every physiological process in the body, including growth and development, metabolism, body temperature, and heart rate. T3 and its prohormone thyroxine (T4) is activated by thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), which is released from the pituitary gland.
