Catalog# ProductDescription |
ICP1001 Protein A binds to the immunoglobulin G and M of many mammalian species. The product is protein A chemically linked to beaded agarose through a stable covalent linkage. The immobilized protein A on the beaded agarose could be utilized for the immunoprecipitation and purification of both polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies from mammalian species.
