Product Description
The carboxymethyl lysine (CML) antibody is developed using carboxymethylated KLH as immunogen, and affinity purified with CML-agarose. This antibody can be utilized for the detection, quantification and isolation of proteins/peptides with carboxymethyl lysine residues.
Western Blot of CML-modified proteins from HUVEC treated with glyoxal (GO) for 48 h. The sample were enriched and blotted with the Carboxymethyl Lysine Antibody (CN1040)
