Affinity purified bovine IgG antibodies are developed from rabbit using affinity purified bovine IgG as the immunogen. The bovine antibody-specific antibodies from the rabbit immune serum are affinity purified using pure bovine IgG as the affinity matrix. The purified rabbit antibodies are useful for detection, identification, quantization and localization of bovine antibodies (IgG's).
