2-3: 10 μL of DYKDDDDK-tag protein in original cell lysate
4: 10 μL of DYKDDDDK-tag protein in depleted cell lysate
5: 10 μL of DYKDDDDK-tag protein in 100 μL of enriched buffer, eluted from 20 μL of anti-DYKDDDDK tag, agarose (ICP1315) incubated with 2 mL of the original cell lysate.

Scientific Description
|
The DYKDDDDK sequence has been extensively used as a general epitope tag in expression vectors. Many recombinant proteins have been engineered to express the DYKDDDDK tag, which does not appear to interfere with the bioactivity or the biodistribution of the recombinant protein. DYKDDDDK-tag facilitates the detection, isolation, and purification of the proteins. Affinity chromatography is one of the most efficient and rapid methods to enrich and purify the DYKDDDDK-tag proteins.

Product is stable for at least 30 days at room temperature. For extended storage, store product at -20°C. Expiration date is one year from date of shipping if stored properly.
