Product Description

ICP0115
S6 peptide (KRRRLASLR) is a substrate of S6K and ILK. Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-pS6 antibodies were developed with the phosphorylated S6 (KRRRLApSLR) and absorbed with the non-phosphorylated S6 peptide. This antibody is conjugated to horse-radish peroxidase (HRP) through reductive amination. This antibody has been used for non-radioactive p70 S6K kinase assays.
